| Uh?! |
|
All dynamic sites require the same basic things; database access, session management,
user registration, navigation. A general site framework if you will. And these days you also have to have photo gallerys (ImageMagick currently required for resizing operations), blogging tools and shopping cart stuff...
Why re-invent the wheel?
This little tarball, which works with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, has all of these things
ready to go.
It's still in early beta and is constantly a work in progess, so expect bugs and incomplete features. All feedback welcome.

| What Do I Need? |
| The system requires PHP, a Web Server (like Apache), and one of the databases mentioned above.
Will it work on a Windoze system? I have no idea. I built the whole thing in Red Hat Linux. If someone wants to try it and let me know, that would be cool. |
 |
| Um, How Do I...? |
| Un-tar it into your favorite web-ified directory, and point your browser there. A little page with a few more details should appear - but that's it.

 |
| What Does It Cost? |
At the moment, nothing...but don't expect any support ;).
Actually, I ask that you tell me what you think, and if it's not too much trouble, mention that the site is built on this framework (it will by default).
If you like it, and would like to build a more custom application on top of it, I am available for contract work.
